Samosa is the most popular snack in India. It is a fried snack with a potato filling. As time progressed, it was made in many ways like onion, peas, chow mein. Chicken keema samosa is one of them.

Basically you can fill any filling, what you like. Many people love mutton, so they make the mutton filling. But here I will tell you how to make chicken keema samosa recipe at home.

For making keema samosa you will need keema and some spices. All ingredient that I used in keema samosa easily available in your kitchen. You need only chicken keema and samosa sheets. But if you don’t buy samosa sheets near your market then don’t worry, you will make it in your home. It just making a round chappatis for all-purpose flour (maida). Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Bay Leave
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Green Chilli Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 250 gm Keema Chicken/Mutton
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Chopped
  • Salt To Taste

Other

  • Samosa Sheets or Patti as required
  • Oil for deep fry

Instructions
 

Steps For Keema Samosa

  • In a pan add oil, bay leaves, onion and saute until onion gets light pink.
  • After that add ginger garlic paste, and saute for a minute. Then add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, curd, salt and mix it.
  • Now its time to add keema and saute on medium heat until keema is cooked. After that add green chilli and chopped coriander.
  • Your stuffing is ready, keep it aside.
  • Now take a samosa sheet or Patti, put some stuffing in it and fold according to the instruction given on the packet.
  • In a hot oil deep fry samosa until its turn into golden colour and put on the absorbent paper because it drains the excess oil.

Notes

  • If you don't want to make fry samosa's then you should use an alternate method i.e. bake them in an oven at 160 C° for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • If you want to love green onion, coriander mint then you will add it. But remember one thing, don't cook much longer after adding the greens.
