Ingredients
First Marination
- 2 Full Chicken Legs
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt To Taste
Second Marination
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 2 tbsp Hung Curd
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- ¼ tbsp Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
- ¼ tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- ¼ tbsp Coriander Powder
- A Pinch Of Cardamom Powder
- A Pinch Of Cinnamon Powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tbsp Kasuri Methi Crushed
- ½ tbsp Gram Flour (Besan)
- Black Salt To Taste
Instructions
For First Marination
- Take 2 pieces of chicken full leg and wash it properly. Now make 4-6 slits on both leg pieces.
- Mix all the first marination ingredients and nicely apply on chicken.
- After apply the marination give it a good massage on chicken and leave it for a minimum of 1 hour in refrigerate.
For Second Marination
- Mix all the second marination ingredients and make a thick nice paste.
- Now add the second marination with marinated chicken and leave it another minimum of 2-3 hours.
Cooking Method
- Now you will cook it on the tandoor, barbeque or oven. If you want to cook it on the tandoor or barbeque then go for it.
- But if you want to cook it in the oven then you need to cook it at 170° to 175° for 35 minutes.
- Brush with butter while cooking the chicken. No matter what method you used i.e. tandoor, barbeque or oven.
Notes
Don't use colour to make chicken red. You will use kashmiri red chilli powder to make it red.
