Take a pot and add oil to it to get hot.
Add onion and stir it on a medium gas flame till the onion changes color.
Now add ginger garlic paste and keep stirring till the raw flavor of ginger garlic goes away.
At this stage add marinated chicken and stir it till chicken pieces turn in white color.
Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Mix them properly and stir them for 4-5 minutes.
Add tomato puree and stir them till oil separates.
Now add cashew paste, yogurt and stir them till oil separates.
At this stage add water as required and green chilli.
Now cover it and cook for 15 minutes on a low flame.
After that add garam masala, Kasuri methi, green coriander leaves, and mix.
Now simmer it for 2-3 minutes on low flame. And now your Mughlai chicken is ready for serve.
