Ingredients
  

For Marination

  • 500 gm Chicken Boneless
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¾ tsp Crushed Black Pepper

For Gravy

  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Grated Small Onion
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • 4 tbsp Tomato Puree Readymate
  • 12 Cashew Nuts Paste
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt Whisked
  • Water As Required
  • 3 Green Chilli Sliced
  • ¾ tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp Kasuri Methi Roasted & Crushed
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Green Coriander

Instructions
 

For Marination

  • In a bowl take chicken pieces, add salt and black pepper. Now mix it well and leave it for 30 mins.

For Gravy

  • Take a pot and add oil to it to get hot.
  • Add onion and stir it on a medium gas flame till the onion changes color.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and keep stirring till the raw flavor of ginger garlic goes away.
  • At this stage add marinated chicken and stir it till chicken pieces turn in white color.
  • Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Mix them properly and stir them for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree and stir them till oil separates.
  • Now add cashew paste, yogurt and stir them till oil separates.
  • At this stage add water as required and green chilli.
  • Now cover it and cook for 15 minutes on a low flame.
  • After that add garam masala, Kasuri methi, green coriander leaves, and mix.
  • Now simmer it for 2-3 minutes on low flame. And now your Mughlai chicken is ready for serve.

Notes

  • I don't add salt in gravy because I am already added in the marination. But if you want to add then you will add according to your taste.
  • If you don't have readymade tomato pure then you will add tomato paste.
