In a pan add oil and when the oil becomes hot, then add dry red chilli, cumin seed, garlic and saute till garlic change its little colour.
Now add chopped onions and saute till the onion changes its colour into light brown.
Now add chopped green chilli, ginger Julians and stir for 1-2 minutes.
After this add ginger-garlic paste and cook till the raw flavor goes.
Now add chopped tomatoes. salt and cook till oil separates.
At this stage add turmeric powder, deggi mirch powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and cook all spices till oil separates.
Add marinated chicken and cook it for 5-7 minutes on high flame.
Add water and stir it. Now cover the pan and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
Now add cashew paste, cream, butter, green coriander leaves, garam masala, and stir it for 1 minute. Now Chicken Patiala is ready to serve.
