If you want to try some different nonveg starters then lemon pepper chicken is perfect for you. It's easy to make and delicious in taste. You just need to follow my steps.

For Marination 1 kg Chicken 1 tbsp Salt 1½ tbsp Black Pepper crushed 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 3 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 4 tbsp Yogurt For Cooking 75 gm Butter 3 Green Cardamom 5 Cloves 5 Black Pepper 2-3 Cinnamon 6 tbsp Yogurt 4-5 Green Chilli ½ tbsp Black pepper crushed ½ tbsp Garam Masala 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Lemon Zest
For Cooking In a pot add butter and once the butter melts then add green cardamom, cloves, black pepper, and cinnamon.
Now add marinated chicken pieces and cook them for 3 minutes on medium flame and then turn it.
Again cook them for another 3 minutes and then add yogurt, green chili, garam masala, black pepper powder, and stir it.
Now cover it with a lid and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.
Now cook it without covering till it gets cooked completely.
When it's cooked then add lemon juice, lemon zest, and stir it. Now it's ready for serve.
Don't add salt at the time of cooking because we used salted butter.
If you want to use less butter then you could.
You also used vegetable oil except for mustard oil.
For marination, you need to give a minimum of 1 hour. If you leave it overnight then it's best.
