Equipment

  • 1 Pot

Ingredients
  

For Marination

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • tbsp Black Pepper crushed
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt

For Cooking

  • 75 gm Butter
  • 3 Green Cardamom
  • 5 Cloves
  • 5 Black Pepper
  • 2-3 Cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp Yogurt
  • 4-5 Green Chilli
  • ½ tbsp Black pepper crushed
  • ½ tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Zest

Instructions
 

For Marination

  • In a bowl add all ingredients that are mentioned above and mix it.
  • Now keep it aside for at least 1 hour for marination.

For Cooking

  • In a pot add butter and once the butter melts then add green cardamom, cloves, black pepper, and cinnamon.
  • Now add marinated chicken pieces and cook them for 3 minutes on medium flame and then turn it.
  • Again cook them for another 3 minutes and then add yogurt, green chili, garam masala, black pepper powder, and stir it.
  • Now cover it with a lid and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.
  • Now cook it without covering till it gets cooked completely.
  • When it's cooked then add lemon juice, lemon zest, and stir it. Now it's ready for serve.

Notes

  • Don't add salt at the time of cooking because we used salted butter.
  • If you want to use less butter then you could.
  • You also used vegetable oil except for mustard oil.
  • For marination, you need to give a minimum of 1 hour. If you leave it overnight then it's best.
