For Seekh Kabab
- 300 gm Chicken Mince
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3 tbsp Onion Fine chopped
- ½ tbsp Green Chilli Fine chopped
- ½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder Qty change acc to your taste
- Salt to Taste
- ⅓ tbsp Garam Masala
- ½ tbsp Corn Flour
Preparation For Kababs
In a bowl add all ingredients for seekh kabab and mix it well.
300 gm Chicken Mince, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 3 tbsp Onion, ½ tbsp Green Chilli, ½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder, Salt to Taste, ⅓ tbsp Garam Masala, ½ tbsp Corn Flour
Apply oil on the skewers and then apply the chicken mixture on the skewer. Now try gently to give a shape to it.
Now grill the kabab on the barbeque and keep applying butter 1-2 times at the time of cooking.
