For Seekh Kabab

  • 300 gm Chicken Mince
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 3 tbsp Onion Fine chopped
  • ½ tbsp Green Chilli Fine chopped
  • ½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder Qty change acc to your taste
  • Salt to Taste
  • â…“ tbsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tbsp Corn Flour

For Serving

  • Onion
  • Lemon

Preparation For Kababs

  • In a bowl add all ingredients for seekh kabab and mix it well.
    300 gm Chicken Mince, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 3 tbsp Onion, ½ tbsp Green Chilli, ½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder, Salt to Taste, ⅓ tbsp Garam Masala, ½ tbsp Corn Flour
  • Apply oil on the skewers and then apply the chicken mixture on the skewer. Now try gently to give a shape to it.
  • Now grill the kabab on the barbeque and keep applying butter 1-2 times at the time of cooking.

Notes

When you apply chicken mince on skewers, you must put oil on your hand. You will also use water in place of oil.
If you don't apply oil or water to your hand, it is difficult to give a shape to kababs.
