Instructions
For Marination
In a bowl add chicken and all other ingredients that mention above.
Mix it well and keep it aside.
For Gravy
In a pot add oil and heat it on medium-low flame.
Once the oil is heated add cumin seeds, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves and Black Pepper.
Now stir it once and then add marinated chicken and again stir it.
Now cover it and cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes. But stir it 2-3 times in between.
After 25-30 minutes if the chicken is not cooked properly then cover it for 5-10 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked add chopped green coriander.

When you cover the chicken to cook, keep checking or stirring it from time to time. So that it does not burn.
