Ingredients
For Marination
- 1 kg Chicken
- 4 Onion Medium Size
- 8-10 Green Chilli
- 20 Garlic Cloves
- 2-3 inch Ginger
- 3 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
- 1-2 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 5 tsp Brown Onion
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Tumeric Powder
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 250 gm Curd
- Salt To Taste
For Gravy
- 4-5 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 1-2 inch Cinnamon
- 5 Cloves
- 5 Black Pepper
- Marinated Chicken
- Green Coriander
Instructions
For Marination
- In a bowl add chicken and all other ingredients that mention above.
- Mix it well and keep it aside.
For Gravy
- In a pot add oil and heat it on medium-low flame.
- Once the oil is heated add cumin seeds, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves and Black Pepper.
- Now stir it once and then add marinated chicken and again stir it.
- Now cover it and cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes. But stir it 2-3 times in between.
- After 25-30 minutes if the chicken is not cooked properly then cover it for 5-10 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked add chopped green coriander.
- Now Chicken Beliram is Ready
