Steps For Keema Samosa

  • In a pan add oil, bay leaves, onion and saute until onion gets light pink.
  • After that add ginger garlic paste, and saute for a minute. Then add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, curd, salt and mix it.
  • Now its time to add keema and saute on medium heat until keema is cooked. After that add green chilli and chopped coriander.
  • Your stuffing is ready, keep it aside.
  • Now take a samosa sheet or Patti, put some stuffing in it and fold according to the instruction given on the packet.
  • In a hot oil deep fry samosa until its turn into golden colour and put on the absorbent paper because it drains the excess oil.

Notes

  • If you don't want to make fry samosa's then you should use an alternate method i.e. bake them in an oven at 160 C° for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • If you want to love green onion, coriander mint then you will add it. But remember one thing, don't cook much longer after adding the greens.
