Instructions
For Marination & Chicken
In a mixing bowl add chicken, black pepper, soya sauce, egg, cornflour, salt and mix it well.
Now leave it for 1-2 hours for marination. But if you in a hurry then you will skip this step.
After marination, deep fry marinated chicken until it's turning into golden brown and keep aside.
For Sauce
In a hot pan add oil, cashew, and saute it.
Add garlic, ginger, chili flakes, onion, capsicum, and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
Now add soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, and mix it.
Add water (as you required), dissolved cornflour and bring a boil.
Add fried chicken pieces and mix them.
Add green onion leaves and mix it. Now your dragon chicken is ready for serve.
