Ingredients
  

For Marination

  • 300 gm Chicken (boneless)
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour
  • Salt To Taste

For Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 10 Cashew (cut into half) optional
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (fine chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (fine chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
  • ½ Cup Green Onion White
  • ½ Cup Capsicum
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Water (as required)
  • ½ Cup Dissolved Cornflour
  • Salt To Taste
  • Green Onion Leaves

Instructions
 

For Marination & Chicken

  • In a mixing bowl add chicken, black pepper, soya sauce, egg, cornflour, salt and mix it well.
  • Now leave it for 1-2 hours for marination. But if you in a hurry then you will skip this step.
  • After marination, deep fry marinated chicken until it's turning into golden brown and keep aside.

For Sauce

  • In a hot pan add oil, cashew, and saute it.
  • Add garlic, ginger, chili flakes, onion, capsicum, and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Now add soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, and mix it.
  • Add water (as you required), dissolved cornflour and bring a boil.
  • Add fried chicken pieces and mix them.
  • Add green onion leaves and mix it. Now your dragon chicken is ready for serve.
