Steps For Making Chicken Pizza Recipe At Home

If you are non-vegetarian and love pizza then this recipe is for you. You just need to follow my steps or instructions and you will make easily your chicken pizza.

For Chicken
- 300 gm Chicken Breast (cut into long strips)
- 2 tbsp Curd
- ½ tsp Chaat Masala
- ¼ tsp Kasoori Methi
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ⅓ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt To Taste
For Dough
- ¼ Cup Warm Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Yeast
- 2 Cup Refined Flour
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder (optional)
- ½ tbsp Salt
- Warm Water (as required)
- 2 tbsp Oil
For Toppings
- Capsicums
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Sweet Corns
For Chicken
In a bowl add chicken, curd, chaat masala, kasoori methi, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and mix it.
Leave it for 30 minutes to 1-hour marination.
After the marination shallow fry on a grill pan or normal pan. And keep it aside.
For Dough & Pizza
In warm water add yeast, sugar and mix it. Leave it for 5 to 10 minutes till yeast foaming up.
In a bowl add refined flour, milk powder, salt, warm water, oil, and add yeast mixture. Now mix it and make a soft dough.
Now apply top of it and leave it for 1-2 hours.
Divide into 4 parts and roll the pizza base with the use of a hand.
Now apply pizza sauce, cheese and add topping including chicken pieces.
Bake it at 250°C for 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven.
- If you don't want to make a pizza base at home then you will buy it.
- You will also use another topping.
- You will also use tandoori chicken as a topping. It will give more flavor to your pizza.
